1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
Tickets purchased via backtoevents.co.uk are subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions. Entry may be subject to age restrictions and ID checks. Tickets must be purchased through our official sales platform or authorised partners. Back to Events accepts no responsibility for tickets bought from unauthorised sellers.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General rule: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
2.2 Cancelled events: If an event is fully cancelled with no rescheduled date, a full refund (face value of the ticket) will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
2.3 Rescheduled events: If an event is officially rescheduled to a new date, tickets remain valid for the new date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund of the ticket face value (excluding booking or processing fees) within 30 days of the reschedule announcement being sent to them. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request.
2.4 How to request a refund: Refund requests are available via Fatsoma for cancelled or rescheduled events only for 30 Days after the announcement of cancellation or reschedule
2.5 Third‑party sellers: Back to Events is not responsible for refunds for tickets purchased from third‑party vendors or resellers. Customers must follow the refund terms of the third‑party seller in those cases.
3. Changes to Events
Back to Events may change the programme, line‑up, venue, or timings without prior notice. Changes do not entitle you to a refund unless they amount to a cancellation or reschedule as defined above.
4. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. Back to Events is not liable for loss, injury, or damage at any event, nor for indirect or consequential loss.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Back to Events or Savour & Sound and is protected by copyright.
6. Use of Website
You must use this site lawfully and must not introduce harmful technology or viruses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales and England
