Set within the stunning former home of famed author Rudyard Kipling, Rock House Mansion overlooks breath taking grounds and absolutely gorgeous backdrop..

This year’s event promises an incredible night of glamour, house music, dnb and magic.

Sam Supplier, one of the UKs biggest house music DJs is set to headline the main room,  as well as multiple rooms within the mansion filled with some of Devon, Bristol and Cornwall’s finest  house music and drum & bass DJs. 

Enjoy award-winning Carribbean food, from Daddy Ds Jamaican  Street Kitchen, don’t worry we have vegan and gluten free options, a pop-up bar, that won’t break the bank and a full blown house party vibe Gatsby style!  

As midnight strikes, guests will have the perfect view of a stunning local fireworks display lighting up the night sky  a truly spectacular way to welcome 2026. Expect after parties in the kitchen, and some of friendliest crowd you’ve ever met .

Parking is very limited, but we do have free space for a small number of camper vans on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve your camper van space for FREE.

 Nearby hotels include Orestone Manor, Maidencombe, which is next door to the mansion, located on Rock House Lane, and many more options in the Babbacombe and Torquay area. We recommend pre-booking accommodation very early and your taxi early to avoid delays.
