Step into the roaring 1920s with a twist this NYE! 

Set within the stunning former home of famed author Rudyard Kipling, Rock House Mansion overlooks breath taking grounds and absolutely gorgeous gardens & ocean, offering the most extraordinary backdrop for your NYE party.

This year’s event promises an incredible night of glamour, music, and magic. Expect a huge Ministry of Sound  headliner (announcement coming soon)  As well as an eclectic mix of dnb and house from some of Devon, Cornwall, featuring multiple rooms within the mansion filled with some of Devon, Cornwall & finest house and drum & bass DJs. 
Enjoy award-winning street food, a pop-up cocktail bar serving 1920s-inspired drinks, we” ensure gluten free and vegan options are catered for! 

As midnight strikes, guests will have the perfect view of a stunning local fireworks display lighting up the night sky  a truly spectacular way to welcome 2026.

Parking is very limited, but we do have free space for a small number of camper vans on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve your camper van space for FREE.

 Nearby hotels include Orestone Manor, Maidencombe, which is next door to the mansion, located on Rock House Lane, and many more options in the Babbacombe and Torquay area. We recommend pre-booking accommodation very early and your taxi early to avoid delays.
